    If He’s Not Your Best Friend, Don’t Marry Him.

    I love my husband deeply. He is hands down the best friend I have ever had.  But if you would’ve told me 5 years ago that my best friend would end up being an Army vet who lives in small-town Iowa, listens to Slipknot and has tattoos….I would’ve laughed in your face because I would’ve thought I didn’t have anything in common with that person.
